Courier transport order for warranty and out off warranty repairs

Courier transport - basic information
  1. Free of charge to the service center and back for warranty claims on a brand and product that includes a courier pickup and return service to the service center and back, within the manufacturer's warranty terms. (Pick-Up and Return service)
  2. Paid transport for a brand and product for warranty and non-warranty claims that do not include the manufacturer's free courier transport service.
  3. Shipment limit up to 15 kg, pickup within 2 working days by the shipping company (across Slovakia).
  4. Before sending the package, it is necessary to properly pack the advertised device to ensure its reliable transport according to the carrier's recommendations
  5. If the product is improperly or unsuitably packaged, SWISS spol. s r.o., nor the carrier, is responsible for damage to the device during transport.
  6. In the case of the customer's choice, we also offer the possibility of personal delivery of the completed claim at the place of processing the claim.
  7. SWISS spol. s r.o. reserves the right to choose its own service center (Bratislava, B. Bystrica, Košice) to process the claim.

Order transport


    Commercial and transport terms

    1. If the shipping and commercial terms are confirmed (approved), the shipping provider will charge the transport fee for non-warranty claims in accordance with the applicable price list, i.e. EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT to the service center, and the same amount, i.e. EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT in case of shipment from the service center by invoice or cash on delivery.
    2. The device sent by the carrier must be properly packed - we recommend sending it in the original packaging (although this is not a requirement). The sender is responsible for any damage resulting from the use of incorrect, unsuitable or insufficient packaging of the shipment. Handling damage during transport is governed by the transport and commercial terms of the respective transport company.
    3. The recipient is obliged to visually check the shipment upon receipt, and if the package is visibly damaged (damaged, wet, opened), immediately write a note on the shipment with the carrier about the damage and inform the sender of the shipment about this fact.
    4. If the device that is delivered to us without suitable packaging materials and there is a risk of damage during transport back to us, we will properly package it when sending it back to you, and you will be charged for the new packaging materials.
    5. Warranty repair - a repair performed free of charge according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions in accordance with Slovak legislation.
    6. The service center may ask the customer to provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) to recognize the warranty claim. Without the mentioned document, the warranty claim may not be recognized.
    7. In case of rejection of the repair quote or its expiration, a diagnostic fee and shipping costs, if any, will be charged.
    8. Before sending your device - computer, notebook, mobile phone, or tablet, please back up your data. The contents of the storage media may be erased, replaced, and/or reformatted during the service. The service center is not responsible for data loss in the device.
    9. Premium / Express service - a paid service in the amount of 20 EUR without VAT (24 EUR with VAT). The service includes priority diagnostics of the device within 3 hours of delivery, express ordering of parts, repair of the device from 3 to 24 hours on working days, assuming the availability of spare parts in the service center or with the manufacturer, and providing all necessary documents for the device and consent to repair (in case of paid service).

    1. In case of confirmation of the choice (consent) with the transport and commercial terms and conditions, the shipping fee for courier transport service for warranty claims on products for which free pick-up from the manufacturer does not apply will be charged to the customer, according to the applicable price list, i.e., EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT to the service center, and the same amount, i.e., EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT in case of choosing to send it from the service center by invoice or cash on delivery.
    2. In case of confirmation of the choice (consent) with the transport and commercial terms and conditions, the customer will be charged for the courier transport service fee for non-warranty claims according to the applicable price list, i.e., EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT to the service center, and the same amount, i.e., EUR 6.00 without VAT / EUR 7.20 with VAT in case of choosing to send it from the service center by invoice or cash on delivery.

Compensation for damage during transport is governed by the transport and commercial terms and conditions of the respective transport company.

    5. The device that will be delivered to us without suitable packaging material and is at risk of being damaged during transport back will be properly packaged before sending it back, and new packaging material will be charged.
    6. Warranty repair - repair performed free of charge according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions in accordance with SK legislation.
    7. The service center may request the customer to provide proof of purchase (invoice, cash receipt) to recognize the warranty claim. Without the specified document, the warranty claim may not be recognized. h. In case of rejection of the price offer for repair or its prescription, a diagnostic fee and transportation costs, if provided, will be charged. i. Before sending the shipment, please check the transport and commercial terms and conditions and, if necessary, contact the service center to clarify any questions.
