Courier transport - basic information- Free of charge to the service center and back for warranty claims on a brand and product that includes a courier pickup and return service to the service center and back, within the manufacturer's warranty terms. (Pick-Up and Return service)
- Paid transport for a brand and product for warranty and non-warranty claims that do not include the manufacturer's free courier transport service.
- Shipment limit up to 15 kg, pickup within 2 working days by the shipping company (across Slovakia).
- Before sending the package, it is necessary to properly pack the advertised device to ensure its reliable transport according to the carrier's recommendations
- If the product is improperly or unsuitably packaged, SWISS spol. s r.o., nor the carrier, is responsible for damage to the device during transport.
- In the case of the customer's choice, we also offer the possibility of personal delivery of the completed claim at the place of processing the claim.
- SWISS spol. s r.o. reserves the right to choose its own service center (Bratislava, B. Bystrica, Košice) to process the claim.
