Standard courier delivery – free for all warranty repairs

  3. Shipment limit up to 20 kg, collection the next working day (the whole of Slovakia)
  4. Acceptance and sending of non-warranty claims / repairs by standard courier for cash on delivery in the amount EUR 4.00 without VAT / EUR 4.80 with VAT for one transport (8.00 EUR without VAT / 9.60 with VAT for both transports)
  5. In the case of the customer's choice, the possibility of handing over the completed claim in person at the place where the claim is processed
  6. SWISS Ltd. reserves the right to choose its own service center (Bratislava, B. Bystrica, Košice) for handling claims
2. Express shipping
  1. Shipping price EUR 8.40 including VAT to the service center for warranty and post-warranty repairs
  2. Shipment limit up to 5 kg, pickup within 3 hours of ordering (valid when placing an order until 2:00 p.m.)
  3. Service so far available only for Bratislava

Order transport


    Business and transport conditions – standard service, express courier and over-standard service

    1. In the case of confirmation of the choice (agreement) with the transport and business conditions, the customer of standard transport will be charged a fee for the service of standard transport by courier for out-of-warranty repairs in accordance with the valid price list, i.e. EUR 4.00 without VAT / EUR 4.80 with VAT to the service center, and the same amount, i.e. EUR 4.00 without VAT / EUR 4.80 with VAT in case of choosing to send from the service center in the form of an advance invoice or cash on delivery.
    2. In the case of an Express Delivery order, the customer will be charged a fee for the Express Delivery service by courier in accordance with the valid price list, i.e. EUR 7.00 without VAT / EUR 8.40 with VAT to the service center, and the same amount, i.e. EUR 7.00 without VAT / EUR 8.40 with VAT in case of choosing to send from the service center in the form of an advance invoice or cash on delivery.
    3. The device sent by the transport service must be properly packed - we recommend sending it in the original packaging (however, this is not a condition). The sender is responsible for damage that occurs as a result of the use of faulty, inappropriate or insufficient package packaging. Handling of damage during transport is governed by the transport and commercial terms and conditions of the relevant transport company.
    4. The recipient is obliged to visually check the shipment when receiving it, and if the package is obviously damaged (damaged, soaked, opened), immediately write a note about the damage to the shipment with the carrier, and inform the sender of the shipment about this fact.
    5. We cannot send the device back to you via the courier service if it is delivered to us without suitable packaging material and there is a risk of damage during the return transport. The customer undertakes to pick up the completed claim in person at the place where the claim is handled.
    6. Warranty repair – repair performed free of charge in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions in accordance with SK legislation.
    7. The service center may ask the customer to provide a proof of purchase (invoice, cash register) to acknowledge the warranty claim. Without this document, the warranty claim may not be recognized.
    8. Extraordinary / Express service – paid service in the amount of EUR 20 without VAT (EUR 24 with VAT). The content of the service is priority diagnostics of the device within 3 hours after delivery, express order of the part, repair of the device from 3 hours to 24 hours on working days, provided that the spare part is available in stock at the service center or the manufacturer and all necessary documents for the device and consent to the repair are provided (in case of paid service).
